Nesian Point provides NDIS supports for core and SIL accommodation plans.

Nesian Point is dedicated to meeting the following:

We provide our participants with a range of information about their rights and how to work with our service to make choices about the support they receive.

We actively encourage and support our participants to provide feedback and where necessary complaints. Should a participant not be happy with the outcome of their concerns we support their access to external feedback, complaints, and an appeals mechanism.

Code of Conduct

Privacy

Nesian Point is committed to an individual’s right to privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012.
The Australian Privacy Principles are legally binding and dictate how personal information is to be handled.
Only information that is necessary for the provision of services to individuals and the lawful operations of our organisation will be collected by Nesian Point.
When information is collected from our participants, we will make clear the intended use of this information.
